800 pound gorilla linux
The 800 pound gorilla formerly known as IBM says “Lenovo and Novell estimate that a major portion of the business workforce can transition to SLED 10 on a ThinkPad without skipping a beat.”
Don’t look at me. They said it, I didn’t.
“SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10 (SLED 10) from Novell” is available preloaded on “select ThinkPad” 14 inch widescreen models. “In February, this preloaded Linux option will be extended” to include 15 inch ThinkPad notebooks. Some of these new models may have the 45nm Penryn processor inside.
